We are so happy to bring back the Lunch with an Author for our members. There is no charge for this fun event.

We welcome the author to discuss their book, how they came to write it and read an excerpt. You may purchase the book ahead of time on Amazon or buy the book at the meeting from the author. A light lunch is provided.

For February, we will welcome Heather Harper Ellett. Her book Ain’t Nobody Nobody is a wonderful and funny fictional story that takes place in East Texas.

About Heather Harper Ellett

Born and raised in East Texas, Heather Harper Ellett is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and a therapist in private practice. Her debut novel, AIN’T NOBODY NOBODY, was named a Best Mystery of the Year by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, a top debut of 2019 by BookPeople, a Best of Texas in 2019 by Lone Star Literary, and was a top finalist for Best Work of First Fiction by the Texas Institute of Letters. She lives in Dallas with her son, her husband, and two cats.
