Sale will be held in the basement and front yard of the house. Rain or shine.
Please NO CHILDREN / NO NINOS / NO STROLLERS.
Cash or Credit accepted.
Be prepared to load heavy or fragile items in your vehicle. Bring help if necessary. Items purchased in the basement will need to be carried up stairs.
You can expect to see any and all types of items you would have in a home… furniture, clothes, tools, dishes, glasses, kitchen items, linens, kids’ items, etc.
