How do I make reservations for the Valentine Tea at the Alexander Mansion?

How much does the Valentine Tea cost?
The Valentine Tea with the regular menu is $75 per guest.
The Gluten Free Valentine Tea with a gluten free menu is $80 per guest.
The Vegetarian Valentine Tea with a vegetarian menu is $80 per guest.
What is included in the price of the Valentine Tea?
All Valentine Teas (regular, gluten free, & vegetarian menus) include a glass of champagne, a three-course menu, hot teas, and gratuity.
How much does the VIP Valentine Tea cost?
The VIP Valentine Tea with the regular menu is $100 per guest.
The VIP Gluten Free Valentine Tea with a gluten free menu is $105 per guest.
The VIP Vegetarian Valentine Tea with a vegetarian menu is $105 per guest.
What is included in the price of the VIP Valentine Tea?
All VIP Valentine Teas (regular, gluten free, & vegetarian menus) include a Tour of the Alexander Mansion, a Valentine goodie bag with tea themed gifts, a glass of champagne, a three-course menu, hot teas, and gratuity.
Can I make a reservation for a group for tea?
The Alexander Mansion has one table that can accommodate a group of 12 comfortably. If that table is not available or your group is larger, your group can be seated at adjacent tables based upon the size of your group and availability. A group as large as 28 guests can be seated in a single room, depending upon availability. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.
Can members of our group make individual reservations for tea?
Each member of your group can make their own reservation for tea.
Each member of your group needs to fill in the same “Group or Host Name” when making the reservation. All reservations made for the same day of the tea with the same Group or Host Name will be seated at the same table. Please have all the members of your group make their reservations at approximately the same time since your table will be reserved based on the size of your group.
Can I make a reservation for tea for just myself?
Yes, you can make a reservation for tea for one. If you are the only guest at a tea enjoying tea for one, you will be seated at a table by yourself. If more than one guest at a tea has made a reservation for tea for one, each guest will be seated at our Community Tea Table.
Do I need to pay for the tea when I make my reservation?
Full payment is required at the time you make your reservation.
What is Zeffy and why is a contribution requested on the reservation form?
The Dallas Woman’s Forum uses Zeffy as a reservations and payment platform.
Zeffy is the only payment platform that is 100% free for nonprofits like the Dallas Woman’s Forum and relies entirely on optional contributions to cover credit card processing and service fees.
To help support Zeffy, a suggested contribution will display at the Summary of your purchase just above your “Total” amount.
The “Support the 100% free platform we use! ❤️” contribution is optional and can be changed.
You may change the contribution amount by clicking the arrow in the contribution box, selecting “Other” and entering your desired amount. Once you confirm your purchase this contribution cannot be refunded.
Will I receive confirmation of my reservation for tea?
When you complete your reservation for tea, you will be sent a confirmation email with a receipt and your tea tickets. Please make sure your phone and email address are correct upon check out. Check your spam/junk email folder if you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox. If you do not receive the email, please email [email protected] to let us know.
What is the reservation cancellation and refund policy?
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.
Your reservation is transferable to another person. To transfer your reservation to another person, send an email with your name, the person’s name, and the date of the tea to [email protected].
After I make my reservation, can I change my regular tea to Gluten Free or Vegetarian tea?
Regular tea reservations cannot be changed to Gluten Free or Vegetarian teas after the reservation is made.
After I make my reservation, can I change my reservation to a different day?
You may change your reservation to a different day only if space is available on the desired day and the change is made 4 days before both your original and desired tea dates. After 4 days before both tea dates, your reservation cannot be changed. Please email [email protected] to make your request and check availability.
When should I arrive for my tea reservation?
The doors to the Alexander Mansion open for tea at 11:30 am. Tea will be served starting at noon.
When should I arrive for my VIP tea reservation?
The VIP Tour of the Alexander Mansion starts at 11:15 am. Please plan to arrive at 11:10 am.
Where do I park and how much does parking cost?
Free parking is available in the parking lot behind the Alexander Mansion. Parking is accessed from Annex Street.
Where do I enter the Alexander Mansion?
To enter the Alexander Mansion, go through the side gate and around to the front door.
Can wheelchairs and walkers be accommodated?
A ramp is located at the front entrance to the Alexander Mansion. If someone in your group uses a wheelchair or other mobility assistive device, please email [email protected] at the time the reservation for the tea is made to let us know. We will then be able to seat your group at a more easily accessed table and we will be ready to assist upon your arrival for tea.
Can children come to tea?
Children over age 4 are welcome. Please make other arrangements for younger children. Strollers and baby carriers cannot be accommodated.
Is there a dress code for tea?
There is not a dress code.
