Reservations are required for the Membership Meetings, Program, & Luncheons.

Reservation deadline is 8 days in advance of the meeting date to allow us to meet caterer deadlines (Monday of the week BEFORE the meeting.)


Membership Meetings & Programs

Please RSVP for members and guests online through the event form on the website, or the link in the notification emails.  You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email.

Luncheons

Member Luncheon $35
Non-Member Luncheon $45

Reservations are non-refundable, as caterers are paid based on confirmed attendees.

Two ways to pay

Electronic (Online) reservations are preferred, and a confirmation will be emailed to you from “Dallas Womans Forum” (actual email address from: [email protected]).  Please check your emails and spam if you don’t see the confirmation.

When paying by check, please send an email to [email protected] to advise of your reservation, no later than 8 days prior to the reservation deadline.

Notes about Member Meetings & Luncheons

  • Member meetings and programs will be held on the second floor.
  • Luncheons will be served on the first floor.
  • Reservations are required for luncheons.
  • Members are not obligated to attend the entire sequence of Member Meetings: business meeting, program, and luncheon.
  • Members may only attend the program and luncheon portion of the meeting if they wish, but are encouraged to attend the business portion of the meeting to stay informed about all the Forum’s activities.
  • Forum programs are generally open only to members and their guests, not to the public.
  • Board meetings are held the third Thursday of the month from September through May, unless otherwise specified. Meetings are posted on the Calendar of Events on the website.
  • Members are permitted and encouraged to attend Board meetings. Please notify the president and/or recording secretary in advance if planning to attend.
  • Forum, Board, Committee, and Department events, times, dates, and prices are subject to change.
  • Additional calendar events, updates, changes, and reminders will be announced at meetings, communicated via email, and the website, www.DallasWomansForum.org.

Program and Event Underwriters

The Dallas Woman’s Forum appreciates members, individuals, organizations, and businesses that have made donations to underwrite the cost of programs and events. Their names may be noted in the minutes, unless they have indicated that they wish to remain anonymous. Corporate sponsors may be acknowledged for their contributions in Forum publications and communications.
