Simply Charming by Carmen McTaggart
The Dallas Woman’s Forum welcomes Carmen McTaggart to the Alexander Mansion for our May Member Meeting. Carmen’s Program “Simply Charming” is a presentation about women and their charm bracelets with great photos and stories of stars of the Golden Age of movies, first ladies, and royalty.
About our Speaker: Carmen McTaggart was born and raised in Dallas, and is a retired flight attendant, after 40 years of flying in the friendly skies. She enjoys collecting charms and charm bracelets. Carmen has been sharing her “Charming” stories with women’s organizations for the past several years, recounting the history of charms, and famous women who love their charm bracelets!
Guests are encouraged to wear their charm bracelets or a favorite piece of jewelry to this special presentation.

Community Outreach – “Bring It”
May 2025 – Bring It: Panty Party!!
The DWF has been serving lunch at Dallas Life, a local homeless shelter. During our visits, they have mentioned their clothes closet, and the shortage of new women’s underwear. In May, we will sponsor a drive to help stock their closet with these items. Please bring new packaged panties to our May Member Meeting, preferably in sizes Medium and up.
Please contact Andrea Wolek ([email protected]) if you have questions.
